Hourly
Hourly billing for consulting and software development services means you are invoiced only for the actual time used plus additional pre-authorized expenses. You may request any of our services as needed, or have us work hourly based on project estimate generated from your RFP, statement of scope of work, or project specification.
Project Based Fixed Fee
With project plan and scope of work statement that includes business, marketing, functional, technical and creative details for the project, a fixed project fee can be assigned. For projects that are not well-defined, Cervus Solutions can provide project planning support to help you create project requirements and build detailed project specification.
Retainer
A retainer engagement offers extra flexibility to meet changing design, development, and consulting needs. This arrangement allows you to purchase a fixed amount of consulting hours each month at a discount. The allocated time can be used for consulting, design, development and support services. Custom service retainers and maintenance contracts can be negotiated.
Joint development
Cervus Solutions offers software development services to clients who prefer an OEM model for their packaged software products. The licensing, ownership and payment arrangements can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Jointly developed products can be covered by maintenance, support, upgrade and customizations agreements.
